フルーティストのジェームス·ゴールウェイとの２枚目の共演アルバム【The lark in the clear air】「日本語版·ひばりは高らかに」に収録されてアメリカ発売になった作品をマンドリン・ソロの為に書き直されました。イギリスのテレビ番組テーマ音楽として使われてポピュラーになったそうです。もちろん藤掛アレンジでは、オリジナル通りではなく、独自の工夫がなされています。
