Originally, this is for the album “The Enchanted Forest — Melodies Of Japan” with Sir James Galway and rewrote for mandolin solo.  This is upbeat traditional Japanese dance music like an energetic horse is hopping. The song has been based on a folk song from Gujo Hachiman in Gifu-prefecture , Japan.
