This work was originally for the album of “The Enchanted Forest – Melodies of Japan” with Sir James Galway and rewritten for a mandolin solo. The image of this song is based on the folk song in Tokuyama village Gifu where sank under the dam. There was no sheet music for this folk song, so that Hiro picked up from old man singing.

ダムの底に沈んでしまう事になった岐阜県徳山村に伝わる民謡を、古老の歌を聞いて書き取りました。名フルーティスト·ジェームス·ゴールウェイとの共演アルバム【The Enchanted Forest】「日本語版·妖精の森」に収録されてアメリカ発売されたこの作品を、マンドリン·ソロの為に書き直しました。
